Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel whenever you like, from the Subscription page on the web or from your App Store / Play Store account settings on mobile. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to Free DJ. There's no cancellation fee.

Can I switch between plans later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Upgrade at any time, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the days left in your billing period, so you get bonus AI credits for those remaining days. You can downgrade at any time too, and you'll keep your current plan's features until the period ends.

What exactly is an AI credit?

Accepted Answer

AI credits power Closet DJ's smart features like AI Photo Import, order screenshot import, the Style Assistant and image enhancement. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets on your billing anniversary. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, whichever you choose, and we don't refund the unused portion of a billing period except where we deem it valid and according to our Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow that store's refund policy. If something's not right, email support@closetdj.com and we'll help where we can.

Is there a free trial of the paid features?

Yes, and it comes in two stages. Every new account starts with a 10-day Welcome Pass that unlocks full DJ Pro access, with no payment details required, so you can try the Style Assistant, Try It On, Trip Planner and Laundry tracking right away. After that, new users may also be offered a two-week free trial of DJ Pro on the yearly plan. You won't be charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends to stay on Free DJ. Both offers are for new users only, once per account.

How am I billed?

Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, and prices are in euros, including any applicable VAT. On the web, payments are handled securely by our payment processor, and you can manage your subscription any time from the billing menu inside the app. On iOS and Android, billing runs through the Apple App Store and Google Play respectively.
