Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from the Subscription page on the web or from your App Store / Play Store settings on mobile. You keep your paid features until the end of the current billing period, then your account moves to the free plan. There's no cancellation fee. Full details are on the Pricing page.

Our AI analyses the colours, styles, and categories of your uploaded clothing items, then creates balanced outfit combinations that match well together based on fashion principles and your personal preferences.

How accurate is the AI detection?

Our AI automatically detects each item's type, colour, brand and material, and it's accurate for most garments, especially clear photos taken flat or on a hanger. You can review and edit any detail before you save, so you're always in control of what ends up in your closet.

Do you use my photos to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Photos you send to our AI for photo import, item recognition or order imports are processed in the moment and discarded immediately. They're never stored on our servers or used to train AI models. You can read more on our Security page.

How do I add clothes to my closet?

You can snap a photo directly from the app or upload an image from your gallery. Our AI will automatically detect and categorise the item for you.

What is the Trip Packing feature?

Trip Packing lets you plan outfits for each day of your trip. Select your travel dates, and Closet DJ will help you build a complete packing list with coordinated outfits.

What is the Laundry feature?

The Laundry feature lets you mark clothing items as dirty or in the wash. Once marked, Closet DJ automatically excludes them from outfit suggestions, so you'll only ever be recommended clean, ready-to-wear pieces. Available on DJ Lite and DJ Pro plans.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account Settings. This irreversibly removes your personal data, including clothing items, outfits, trips, Style Assistant conversations, AI credit logs and device records. Billing records may be kept only for as long as tax and financial law requires. More detail is on our Security and Terms pages.
